On tap at the Bocktown, Monaca...nice place! Perhaps this is a little brown shaded pale yellow and a tad hazy. Barely any aroma, just clean yummy beer. From the start this stuff is good clean fun, none of that try to be astringent fake pilsner sharp bite that is so common in pils and pilsners lately. Easy going without any perceivable bitterness. Drinkable fer sure. Not rude at all. Would not hesitate to buy this again. Clean & easy & fairly yummy, like-able. Good sizzle too. Perhaps I do sense a slight hint of tartness ont he finish. Good overall unexpected beer drinken experience. Much better than I thought a North Coast could be. Lager lovers rejoice!

Draft @ Barley Pub. Dover, NH. Served in a pint. Pours clear yellow. Tiny, thin ring of head. No lacing at all. The smell is very grainy and light hops. Light and fruity taste. The mouthfeel is smooth and slick. An ok, Pils. Not my favorite style, but well-made and somewhat refreshing.

Small offwhite head. Deep yellow body with light carbonation. Light perfumy caramel aroma with papery fruity notes. Dry-sweet perfumy papery taste with caramelly roasty notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy caramelly aftertaste with grassy notes. Light and feels a bit watery when cold. Nothing wrong with it, though. (0.355l bottle at Urban Tavern, San Francisco.)

On tap at the Rocket City Brewfest. Pours a clear yellow with little head. The aroma is faint, with notes of hay and oranges. It is overly bitter, with a long, sticky, and unpleasant finish. Overall, a fair pilsener.

12 oz bottle into footed pilsner glass. Pours golden with a small collapsing white head. Aroma consists of grain and that is all. Taste is crisp and lightly sweet with a faint bitter hop bite in the finish. Highly carbonated with a medium body and creamy mouthfeel. Very nice pilsner.

Sampled from a bottle at the Top of the Hops Beer Festival, Charlottesville, VA, 9/11/10. Pours a pale hazy gold color with a medium head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of syrupy, grainy malts and a faint floral hop finish. The taste is nutty, grainy malts with citrus and floral hops. Medium bodied.

First rating12 fl oz bottle at OT, Stockholm. On August 3, 2010Clear golden color, big white fluffy lasting head. Berry, red currants, hoppy, butterscotch (slight) taste, also caramel. Moussy mouthfeel, fairlylow bitterness. Malty, grainy, caramel, butterscotch, a bit metallic aftertaste. Sweet, grainy, a bit acidic scent.
