Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours an oily black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has an interesting combination of banana and maple with bourbon, dark grain and coconut supporting. Flavor has banana and maple up front with dark grains, bourbon and a bit of vanilla underlying.

Dark black body thin foamy tan head. Big maple bourbon vanilla aroma. Maple bourbon vanilla flavor. Syrupy full body low carbonation. 9/5/9/4/17 4.4
