All of the hops and grain in this one were grown locally! We started with a blend of malts from Bear Branch Malt in Westminster Maryland, including the rich toastiness of their Pale Ale and Caramel Honey malts. Then we infused the beer with freshly harvested Chinook from our friends at Black Locust Hop Farm & Brewery (Freeland, MD).

Hazy amber body small foamy white head. Spicy bready aroma. Spicy honey bready earthy flavor. Medium body moderately low carbonation. 7/2/6/3/13 3.1
