IPA DDH with Nelson Sauvin™
"Nelson Sauvin" got the first part of its name from the City of Nelson, the epicenter of the New Zealand hop growing region on the South Island. Driving around that area you see a lot of familiar place names. In less than an hour you can drive from Nelson to Motueka to Riwaka. We wanted to showcase the flavor of the place with an IPA that is 100% Nelson Sauvin in the kettle and across the two-stage dry hopping! It's loaded with all of the intense hop aromatics of Sauvignon Blanc, gooseberry, and diesel we love!
