100ml on tap at the cosy brewpub. Inviting clear, dark brown coloured body. Aroma of caramel malts. The flavour is all about dark caramel. Roasted and brittle mouthfeel. Dry ending (12.01.2007).

Draught at the brewpub
Brown color with red shades. Light aroma, some caramel. Some malt taste, some sweetness, caramel and candi sugar. Very light roasted malt, not very good yeast used. Too simple.

(On tap) Unclear - opaque actually - dark brown with a small, beige head. Spicy, sweetish aroma. Very malty and sweet with very distinct notes of licorice - actually extremely licoricy. Dry finish, but not very hoppy. 291105

An unclear red-brown beer with a dense brown head. The aroma is very spicy combined with a strong presence of oranges and ginger, but also with light notes of malt and caramel in the background. The flavor is very sweet and spicy with a strong presence of ginger, which gets stronger as the beer warms, the end contains notes of cinnamon.
