Draught at the brewpub
Brewed with East Kent Golding hops

Hazy blond color. Very light aroma, vegetables minestrone, light pizza yeast, very light chamomile. Remarkable for the total absence of malt flavor; dull like a Dutch lager, with anonymous bitterness, maybe a earthy dash, and yeast flavor too.

On tap. Slightly hazy golden with a white head leaving some lacework. Sweetish malty nose with a whiff of fruit. Medium body, fairly solid malt base - do I sense a whiff of smoke? Fairly hoppy finish. Decent and drinkable but utterly boring. 241109

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and some citrus peal. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of peaches and spices, on a malty back ground, where some hay like hop notes also appears. It is very dry partly because of the hops and partly I think because of a low lwvel of residual sugar.
