Draught @ Bryggeriet Apollo, Vesterbrogade 3, 1620 København, Denmark.Clear medium to dark red brown color with a large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, butter, smoke - peat - tar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and burnt + burnt caramel bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Not harmonic but it gets better the more you drink of it .. [20100108]

Draft. A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma has strong notes of licorice as well as medium notes of brewmash and caramel. The flavor is sweet with an odd mixture of roasted malt, dark bread, licorice, and caramel, leading to a very dry finish.
