Bottle, 7.3%. Sweet and surprisingly yeasty aroma. Has a little molassis. Almost clear dark brown colour. Very big, quite stable tan head. Good sweet flavour, creamy and a little spicy. The bitterness is not so high, but does well to balance the sweetness. Roasted caramel finish.

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark amber with airy, quickly vanishing light tan head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel. Roasty onset, giving way to malty and caramellish sweetness that lingers on. A touch of roasted beans in the finish. Nice.

Bottled. An unclear orange-brown beer with a thick bubbly tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, dusty hops, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel sauce as well as light notes of spices - especially cinnamon. But also with a light alcohol burn on the tongue and palate, though the body is thin.

Bottle. Frothy off-white excellent mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Unbalanced strange moderate bitter flavor. Average finish. Oily palate and a little alcoholic. Strange and not pleasent.

(Bottle 50 cl) Completely hazy, orangey brown with a lively, dense, white head leaving some lacework. Sweet, fat, malty nose. Full body with rich, fat accents of roasted malt and a little caramel and overripe fruit. Subdued bitterness. Lovely. 301107

33m bottle, no 4 at Papsoe blindtasting. Pours hazy brown and with a creamy light brown head. Breadish aroma and slight breadish. Liqourice and roasted malt flavour, dry and bitter and with a distinct bredish note. Has mild winous note too lingering on top. Bitter and dried fruity into the finish.

Cloudy brown color; big head. Cheap aroma, Nesquick (chocolate powedered drink from Nestlè). Medium body, nice mix of malt and chocolate malt, a bit sweet; in the end the delicate roasted malt is pleasant, but there is still that Nesquick touch. Drinkable (mostly for the sweetness), but weird.
