Brewery lukr draught, 2/9/25.
Clear, bright brass with light bronze. Big, creamy, white head.
Rich, bready malts, spicy hops, interesting Czech yeast (pencil shavings jump to mind) and strong mineral. Bright and clean and very aromatic.
Rich malts, nicely attenuated. Tons of flavor for its size. Hoppy, though not too much so. Lingering yeast with biscuit and mineral. Well, this is pretty stupendous. Not much to find fault with here.
