Bottle @ Home. Pours brown with a short lasting tan head. Nose of caramel, brown sugar, fruit. Sweet malts, some caramel, little spices in the taste. thin body. 101124

On tap at Esbjerg Beerfestival. A clear, copper to dark brown beer with a small off-white to beige head. Candy-sweet nose with caramel. Roasted flavor with caramel and candy-like sweetness. Decent bitterness. Medium body, quite dry mouthfeel even though the flavor is sweet. Bitter, roasted finish. A drinkable beer, but I prefer the Willemoes Jul 2009 even though that one’s too focused on alcohol. 091023

On tap at Esbjerg beerfestival. Brown colour with a smal off-white head. Aroma is alcohol, sugar, candis sugar, malt. Flavour is roasted , malt, caramel, alcohol, sugar, candis sugar. Medium body. OK beer.

Clear amber with no head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel and dried fruits. Flavour was sweet and malty with caramel and hoppy notes. Finished bitter.

Draught @ Danish Regional Beer Festival, Esbjerg, Denmark.Clear medium amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, light brown sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. On tap. Clear warm dark amber with a tiny off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma. Medium body with sweet caramel and fruit with a light edge of cardboard. Some alcohol in the finish. 221009
