Soil, pecan nose. Tea colored, medium tan head. Pecan. Medium body, easy carbonation. Nutty.

Red brown with a huge foamy head that lingered. Toasty malt, faint fruit and a bit of astringency. Medium finish and body.

Half pint pours a clear, caramel brown with some white head. Nose is nice, nutty, toasted bread, some carob. Flavor is freshly baked bread and toasted almond. Grainy. Dry finish. Tight. Well done for this style. 6 4 7 4 12
