(On tap @ Le Projet, Quebec City, Nov 11/19) Pours hazy pale orange with white head and lace. Aroma of raspberry candy and fruit vinegar, candied citrus, light lacto and a hint of Brett. Flavour is heavy wheat cereal base, some lacto/acetic mix, stone fruit, light raspberry influence. Finish is moderate vinegar tartness and lots of grain. Light bodied, average plus carbonation. Nah. Not really for me, the vinegar runs away from it and I don't like all the grain poking through either.
