This beer style is relatively new but has been becoming more popular through the continent due to its extreme drinkability.
Key descriptors of the style are intense hop aroma, light body, and extremely dry finish, together with extra lively carbonation—ladies and gentlemen—it's Brut IPA (BIPA).
We brewed a single batch and used copious amounts of hops like Mandarina. This beer explodes with lemon, orange, and tropical fruit aromas. Straw yellow and slightly hazy. This beer is very easy drinking due to its feather-light effervescent body.

(375ml bottle c/o Phyllomedusa who picked it up somewhere) Pours deep brownish amber with a small white head. Aroma and flavours of caramel-inflected, somewhat toasty and grainy malt with some citrusy hops, pine, some resin, lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter, with a bit of tinny astringency on the finish. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Feels like this was oxidized mis-labelled or something, definitely mostly malty, not particularly dry, like an American IPA from 2005. The colour was not reflective of most of the photos on Untappd, but it is what it is.
