(Bottle sample @ Witchstock 2018, Toronto, Sept 29/18) Pours slightly hazy bright red with a small pinkish head. Notes of fresh and slightly jammy raspberries, moderate lactic plus berry acidity along with soft to moderate fruity sweetness, rather little in the way of saison grain/yeast profile, short fruity finish, mineral, low funk. Light bodied, spritzy, watery. No flaws per se but not really much that generates excitement, a simple raspberry sour of which there are many these days.
