On tap at Esbjerg Beerfestival. It’s a hazy, orange-golden beer with a small, off-white head. Slightly milky nose, chalky, with pale malts and some citrus. Citrusy, fruity flavor with some milkyness. Citrusy, milky finish. Medium body with good effervescency. Too much effervescent maybe. The milky-sour impression might be from the grains, but that doesn’t matter, as I didn’t like it anyway. Not a bad beer though. 091022

Draught at EsBF09. Bready aroma, a bit of wet vegetable. Cloudy orange colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is tart and lactic, almost citric. OK maltiness, quite mild, even though I get a bit of wet hop/veg in there as well.

On tap. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a small, off-white head. Tart, spicy and fruity nose. Medium body, lightly tart fruit but also some bonbon accents. Lightly astringent finish with a whiff of grapefruit. Spontaneously fermented, the brewery is contemplating cultivating the yeast. 221009
