Sample from bottle, provided by thewolf. Pineapple, apple and a hint of milk in the aroma. Apple, traubenzucker, lemon, honey in the flavor. Well rounded sourness with some lactic notes. Very refreshing.

Sample at Esbjerg beerfestival. Small head with short duration. Color is pale golden and hazy. Aroma and taste are malt and yeast. Sour and acetic like it is supposed to be.

Draught at Jydske Øldage 2009. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. light malty and hoppy slightly sour aroma. Light bitter slightly sour not pleasent flavor. Average finish. Watery palate.

Bottle @ Esbjerg Festival, 2009. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy off white head. Slight tart wheaty and fruity nose. Medium to thin palate. Refreshing wheat, yeast and orange peel flavor. Tart, dry and fresh.

Handbottled. Pours hazy yellow with a small to fully gone head. Aroma is mild lacto and acidic. Fruity wheaty and yeasty flavoured, light milky touch and mild acidty. Dry and lingering milky sour finish.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and dusty hops, as well as lighter notes of youghurt and soap. The flavor is acidic with notes of wheat and citrus, as well as lighter notes of banana and youghurt. The body is light. A well done Berliner Weisse. Thanks thewolf for sharing.

CLoudy orange with a medium off white head. Sorish dry aroma with barnyard and wood. Flavour was sour and had lacto, rubber, wheat and banana notes. Finished dry and sour.
