Decent apple aroma but not overly complex. Orange-yellow colour. Decent apple taste, but again lacking much layering of flavours. Just a straight ahead cider, but a good one.

Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of faroeviking. It’s a clear,a golden sider with some off-white bubbles forming some sort of head. Lovely aroma and flavor with ripe apples and something leading my thoughts to an orchard in the cold autumn evenings. Hints of cores as well in the flavor. Dry, astringent and palate cleansing. Apples in the finish. A quenching and nice one, even though it’s a bit hard on the stomach. 090822

Bottle, 6%. Plasticky apple aroma. Clear dark golden colour. OK sweet apple flavour. Has a little apple core astringency, but no more than can be balanced by the distinct sweetness. A bit of raisin in the finish.

A beutiful bottle of cider. When poured it stands hazy orange with a rim of off-white head along the side of the glass. The aroma is sweet apply combined with hints of yeast. The flavor is sweet and lovely apply and with a nice dryness to compensate the sweetness. Nice.

(Bottle 75 cl) Slightly hazy amber with a small, off-white head. Vague aroma of apples with a lightly tart edge. Appears sweet at first sip but has an underlying, lightly chemical dryness. Not much acidity though. 160206
