The time is almost upon us. We're finalizing the new facility and transitioning production over. Keep your eyes peeled for more info on our grand opening.

To celebrate, we brewed up the Final Countdown. An IPA with an exquisite blend of Cashmere, Azacca and Amarillo. Perfect for grand openings, magic shows, 80s hair band tribute concerts and arrested development - which feels like the current state of our construction progress.

Slightly hazy orange and light copper coloured body with a very large two to three centimetre tall frothy tan head with a yellow and golden glow. Aroma of citrus, dry grain, grass, flowers, perfume and a good deal of hay - very strong in the nose. Medium-bodied; Very rich dry and grassy flavour dominates at first with hay, flowers, grain and a light hint of sweetness with some extra bitterness from the grapefruit. Aftertaste shows the floral and piney flavour with a lot of alcohol and bitterness around, some soft citrus with a supportive malt, but the astringency and medicinal flavours make this seem stronger than it actually is - I think it's the Azacca. Overall, not such a great beer, as the hops and pungent flavours dominate with a grassy, dry, herbal note instead of a soft, sweet and citrus character - but not bad at all - good if you like the Azacca varietal! Passable if you don't, considering how many other better options there are for this style. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Joe Canal's in Lawrenceville, New Jersey on 06-January-2020 for US$3,49 sampled at my house here in Washington on 29-March-2020.
