Russian Imperial Stout brewed with overwhelming amounts of Oats, Barley, Cocoa Powder, Cocoa Nibs, and Wildflower Honey in Collaboration with the blowhards from Bolero Snort. Fermented using a blend of our house yeast and a Traditional German Hefeweizen Yeast.

12 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Opaque black pour. Small creamy tan head resembles espresso crema. Subtle roasted malt aroma. First sip brings notes of deep dark malt, bittersweet chocolate, espresso and warming alcohol. Creamy mouthfeel from the oats. Any hint of banana esters from the German Hefeweizen yeast is very subdued. Big bitter hop finish. Decent.
