Ozezwiajacy i musujacy cydr belgijski, szemrzace babelki wspaniale buzuja jak w winie musujacym lub szampanie. Nuty cytrusowe pachna i smakuja fajnie, troche slodkawe ale nie przytlaczajace.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a fast disappearing off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples and elderflowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of elderflowers and apples, leading to a dry elderflowery finish.

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of Ungstrup. A clear, almost colorless cider with a thin layer of white bubbles. Flowery nose almost leaving the apples in the background, not very interesting. Almost cat pee-like flowery flavor with apples in the background. Dry, yet with a sugary sweetness. Flowers in the finish. Too much elder in this one, but at least it’s a clean one. 090821

Bottle, 5%. Distinct elderflower aroma. Very pale yellow colour. Almost no head. The flavour is quite sweet with a distinc elderflower note. Not my kind of cider, but does well as a soft drink.
