Copper color, full bodied beer with rich malt tones perfectly balanced between a smooth and delicate sweetness and just the right amount of bitterness. Great hop/floral aromas.

Bottled@SBWF2015. Slightly hazy orangeish goldeny colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some caramel, toffee and mild nectary notes. Flavour is quite similar, but also has some slight resiny and mild wooden tartness to it.

Small cream/orange head over finely carbonated dark orange beer. Orangepeel, orangemarmalade, but restrained. Very bitter/metallic, quinine, grapefruitpeel. Not very refined, pure hopoil. Medium bodied, hopoily slick. Mexican try @ IPA, but pretty crude. Txs to Stefaan!

Bottle from an off-licence in Hanwell. Amber, with a slight, white, head. Light, citrus hop and sweet malt aroma. Flavour was fuller, with some pine, tangerine fruits, heavy cereal malts and a dryish finish. Ok.

Pours golden-amber with a massive head, even too much of it. Excessive secondary fermentation in the bottle? Aroma has some hop freshness, also something watery-herbal - if that makes any sense. Taste is bitingly bitter, not resinous, not fruity, just bitter. Medicinal. Just a bit of malt base but really unbalanced towards hops. Aftertaste also - just bitterness. Can probably drink this but not really enjoying it. I remember having it in the past - actually not sure if it felt similar or not.

Bottle in a mixed case from the Woodland CostCo. Pours cloudy amber with a slight, transient beige head. Aroma is light fruity hop over caramel. Fruit sweet, sort of. Near full bodied. Flavor is fruit, and something like toffee. It’s bitter, and headed well towards dry. The flavor is hard for me to describe, but I thinking green plant life might do. Yet it is quite drinkable, just not what I’m used to. Maybe there’s a little diacetyl. Enough. Far from drain pour.

Bottle. A- Bready, caramel, malty, subtle citrus. A- Pale orange color, clear liquid, white head. T- Bready, caramel, bitter, malty, subtle citrus, grassy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bready finish. O- This thing had a head that ceased to fade until it was almost gone, and boy was it pillowy. The aroma was huge on the caramel and bread and the taste was about the same but fairly bitter. Not near as balanced or good as I’d like.
