Copper color, full bodied beer with rich malt tones perfectly balanced between a smooth and delicate sweetness and just the right amount of bitterness. Great hop/floral aromas.

Bottle split at JF’s, 11/09/14, thanks to Jimbo. Hazed golden amber with a good sized off white covering. Nose is light citric, grain, bready, orange. Taste comprises caramel malt, bitter citric rind, muted hops, tangy orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a trace of chemicals. So so IPA, pretty rough and ready, very bitter but no balance.

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Hazy gold. Thin, sticky, white head. Fusty malt. On the turn mandarin. Some butterscotch. Taste is full on bitter, with a spicy dry background. Oily palate, with a boozy, phenol thing going on. Big, grassy bitter finish. For me, this is way better than some other ratings might suggest.
