Bottle 750ml. w. swing top @ DØE Tasting, Fox & Hounds, Holstebro.[ Trade by oh6gdx ]. Clear medium amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, smoke - rubber. Flavor is moderate to light light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090825]

draught@brewpub, HKI. Brown color, huge head. Light aroma of smoke and malt. Flavor is sweet, spicy with some smoke noticeable, but less than I expected. Little too light and watery. Quite much carbonation.Not as good as I hoped.

Draft. An amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as light notes of smoke. The flavor is sweet malty with a light note of smoke.

Swing top bottle from Tbone, thanks! Amber color. Beechwood an smoked ham in the aroma. Malt and fat smoked sausage in the flavor. Well done!

Draught (Helsinki Beer Festival 2009) - Copper/red in colour. Smoky aroma with hints of bacon and ham. Slightly sweet and smoky taste, with bacon, roasted malt and a sweet and smoky finish.

(Draught at brewpub, Lahti, on 2008-10-25) Amber. Hazy, Medium sized white quite quickly disappearing head. Light smoke and tar aroma in nose. Almost full bodied and bit watery palate with medium carbonation. Smoke, hint of tar, sweetness and bitterness in taste. Smoke and light bitterness in aftertaste.

Small white head quickly disappears. Amber body. Smoky apple and caramel aroma. Dry-sweet fruity smoky apple taste with caramelly charcoal notes. Mild, balanced, harmonic. Dry dusty grainy smoky aftertaste. Body is thin and delicate. Very nice! (0.1l taster draft at EBF ’08.)

Draught, 5.0% at EBF08. Weak smoke aroma. Clear dark amber colour. Big stable creamy tan head. Good smoked flavour, smoky and nice. Some burnt wood, hint of ham.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a creamy white head. Aroma is smoked and slight plastic like aroma. Smoked and towards meady malt base flavour with a mild acidic note. Smoked and dry into the far finish. Good one.
