Bottle 750ml.Clear light yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate green apple, apple syrup, wood. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, dry finish. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090821]

Bottle, shared by Papsoe. It’s a clear, yellow cider without head or carbonation. Decent aroma, but tending a bit too much sweet industrial cider. Some alcohol too. Warming, dry, medium body with a sweet, apple flavor. Short finish. Pleasant in a strange way, probably in small quantities only, as it’s too warming and too much reminiscent of industrial sugar cider. 090821

Bottle, 8%. Sugary candy aroma. Very pale yellow colour. White wine note, some bitterness. Too dry and bitter.

Bottle @ danish RB Gathering 09. Pours light golden with a small bubbly head. Sweet apple. Sugar. Faxe kondi style. Cloying and spritzy.

light yellow, small white head. apple, slightly artificial aroma. flavor is a little bitter, sour, apple, faint citrus. alc well hidden, only shows up as bitterness.
