Draught @ Proeverij Caruso, Nispensestraat 21, Roosendaal, Netherlands 4701 CS.Clear medium orange color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091211]

Slightly hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy hops along with fruits and yeast. Flavour is yeasty, toffeeish and some fruityness. Balanced and fresh, but quite basic brew.
