Flaske (kveldens siste) hos Odd Gunnar, rbhd-treff 5.12.15: klar lys gylden med fint skum. Floralt helhetsinntyrkk i aroma og smak - løvetann og blomster. Myk med lett blomsteraktig ettersmak.

Shared bottle at at Gunnar’s 05.12.15, with OGJ, JMD, KH and ABE. Clear and pale straw colour. roma of grass, biscuits, grains. Similar taste, with a hint of herbs. Also some raw malt.

"L’bière artisanale qui fait parler comme ¡Chi!”, a bière de garde which playfully uses the local dialect of Pas-de-Calais. Stable, sticky off-white head, colour of ’old gold’, clear. Aroma of bread dough, apple peel, straw, potatoes, unripe peach, white pepper and something plastic-like. Bit wheaty, light sourish taste, dryish fruitiness, yeasty, cardboard, mild herbal hoppiness in an otherwise watery finish. This brewery has done a lot better in other beers.

Takie w smaku slodowo kukurydziane, nieco marchewkowego przecieru w posmaku. Zapach zwykly jak pilznera. Kolor zlocisty. Piana srednia i srednio trwala, ale za tajna komiksowa etykieta na tej malenkiej zgrabnej buteleczce.

Bottled 250ml Saveur. Clear golden color, small white head. Sticky overriped mango aroma. Medium-bodied. Similar overriped fruits flavor and in the aroma. Some alcohol, sweetish notes. A bit unclean feeling.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some fruity notes as well as mild grains and some alcohol sweetness. Alo some herbal touches. Flavour is sweet malts, mild toasted notes as well as some slight herbal and spicy notes along with mild grassyness in the finish. It’s got the elements of a good beer, but somehow it fails in combining then in a good way.

25cl bottle. Pale golden colour with white head. Aroma is malty, sweet and yeasty. Flavour is sweet at the beginning, with hints of honey. Bittery and yeasty at the final. In th middle has vinous and alcoholic traces, also oranges and honey are present. Carbonation is soft to medium. Body is light to medium.
