Golden with a medium sized white head. Weak aroma of grass and hay with an earthy note. Dry yeasty and mineral flavour.

Bottle, Rainhall Drinks co, Barnoldswick. Golden, with a medium white head. Apple n’ pear, yeasty aroma which is quite appealing. Sweetish flavour, doesn’t quite hit the spot, more fruit there and maybe some hop struggling to get out. Quite dry and a slight bitterness lurking. Ok, but all a bit average.

Fluffy white head; rather big bubbled dusty golden beer. Slighly oxydized, nutty nose, yoghurt, something lactic, milkripe grain. Sharp alcoholic taste & MF, strengthened by liquoriceflavour. Oxydizing reduced to minimum (BBD anyway still far removed), nuttyness is still there. Fizzy, aggressive MF. I’m not a fan of La Choulette brewery. This one is not likely to change my mind...

330ml bottle bought at Utobeer, Borough Market. Very huge, frothy white head. Light brown body. Spicy and fruity aroma. High fruity rates in the flavour with herbal notes. Wheaty. Refreshing. Thin palate (16.09.2006).

Bottled at Delirium, Gothenburg. Golden-orange, a bit hazy, topped by a white head. Sweet and sugary aroma with some spicyness. Flavor is much the same, but with some hops as well. Medium body. A quite decent beer. (060824)

(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy fully golden with a small, creamy, white head. Sweetish, malty nose - perhaps some overripe fruit. Medium-bodied with a distinct malt sweetness. No bitterness. 250806

Bottled (BB 01/2007). Hazy yellow color, small white head. Sour nose. Sweet fruity and complex flavor. Then my cryptic rating - the last of the long evening in Gothernburg - says that: "but needs some more craftmanship".

330ml Bottle, Picked up from the ’Dodgy Deli’ on the Cowley Rd, Oxford. I agree with Blankboy, some of the others are being a bit hard on this beer, I really liked it poured cloudy and yellow really honey aroma which stretched through into the flavour, bit weak on the hop front and malts not massively present but it was nice and easy drinking.
