Flat, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, honey, fruit stones, cellar, grass, alcohol, dusty fruits. Taste is slightly sweet mineraly, honey, grass, minerals, alcohol, fruit stones, cellar, bark, hints of dried plums. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is big honey, beeswax, flowery, plums indeed. Taste is the same, vineous, big booze, oily mouthfeel, flat. Tasty enough, but not my favourite.

Pours very light clear yellow. Scent is mild, fruits present themselves, and 'hide' the honey. Taste is fairly full, medium sweet. Plums are mild, but noticable. Giving an off-dry character to this sweet based mead. Decent.

Corked bottle, purchased 3+ years ago, batch 911/1
Measured Final Gravity: 1040

Golden color, bright. The mead and honey aroma is classic, quite mild though. The body is very lean, the mouthfeel is smooth but light; quite good flavor, with moderate sweetness, some honey; it has a very light bitterness, and as usual the alcohol is well hidden. The final is short.
An easy drinking mead, pleasant but quite simple.

Bottled. A pale golden mead. The aroma has notes of honey and pollen. The flavor is very sweet with notes of honey, pollen, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.
