Ein ungetrübtes Bier für eine ungetrübte Stimmung: unser Weizen Kristallklar. Das nach obergäriger Art gebraute Bier überzeugt mit Zitrusduft, goldgelber Farbe und süffigem Nachtrunk. Die besonders lang anhaltende, kräftige Kohlensäure und die dichte Schaumkrone garantieren bei einer Stammwürze von 12,1 Prozent und einem Alkoholgehalt von 5,4 Prozent ein Weizenvergnügen bis zum letzten Schluck.
Hauseigene Hefe, eine spezielle Mischung aus regionalem Weizenmalz und klares Schwarzwaldwasser machen dieses Weizenbier zu einem ganz besonderen Genuss. Traditionell gebraut von unseren Braumeistern – und das in einer der modernsten Brauereien Deutschlands. Zum Wohl!

On tap at Ganter Brauereiausschank, Freiburg. Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, wheaty nose. Sweetish malty, wheaty, notes of corn and light fruity with sweetish finish. Weak banana.

Bottle, 5.4%. Good banana aroma. Clear golden colour. Big semi-stable white head. The flavour has a lot of banana, especially for a Kristallweizen. Also a little sweet, but in good balance. Very flavourful for the style.

Bottle. Pours clear light straw with barely any head at all. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with mild fruity touches. Sweetish flavour of yeast, banana and malt, with bitter touches of hops and hints of herbs. Estery and malty aftertaste with acidic hints. Quite fresh. Reasonable for the style.

Stabiler Schaum, schöne Perlung. In der Nase leichte Nelke. Im Trunk ebenso, aber deutlich zurückgenommener als im hellen Hefe. Süffig süßer Abgang.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this 50cl bottle. Smooth and fresh beginning. Nice typical Kristallweizen aroma, round and fresh with a moderate bitterness. Smooth and bitter aftertaste. Nice.

Heller, minimal bananiger Antrunk. Deutlich herb, dabei leicht hefig bleibend. Angenehme Bitterkeit, süffig. Unspektakulär aber für ein Kristallweizen icht schlecht. 10/9/8/8/9/9
