Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and bread as well as a bit of minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of bread, wheat, and oranges, leading to a dry wheaty and bready finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing and Timo for bringing it to Denmark.

Bottled at the brewpub. Cloudy golden, brief head. Estery bandaid and slight paper up front. Light-medium bodied, soft and very drinkable. Mild custardy flavour. The restrained sweetness, the malt softness and the non-assaulting mild flavours makes it a nicely laidback weizen.

bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Wheaty, yeasty and malty with some quite spicy hops added. Slightly fruity, not as "bananaey" as many Weizenbiere. Quite nice.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass is very turbid, darker then a normal hefeweizen. Tastes a bit like applejuice, fruity and yeasty, finish moldy. There are better weizens!
