Ziemlich getreidiger Antrunk mit ausbalancierter Herbe. Blumige Hopfennoten sind ebenfalls vorhanden, befinden sich aber unterhalb der süßholzigen Getreidenote. Hier ist das Bier dann doch etwas zu süß da die Herbe schwindet und bis in den Nachgeschmack hinein keine bitteren Noten vorhanden sind. So wirkt der Abgang unausgeglichen, denn hier steigert sich der nun muffige Hopfen noch, die Bitterkeit ist viel zu gering. 8/7/8/6/6/6

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, green grass, grass silage. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091114]

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Mildly grainy and slightly doughy malty aroma with grassy and herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy and fresh carbonation. Strawy malty raste with a tinge of sour dough and a good dash of grassy and herbal hops; sweet-bitter and mildly hoppy finish. Aromatic and rounded Pilsener. 18.XI.09

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel notes. Malty flavour with caramel and grassy hops that gave it bitternes towards the finish. Quite dry as well.

Bottled. A light golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, hay, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, minerals, and a bit of bread, leading to a dry bitter finish. Nice with the minerals in the water. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 4.9%. Clear yellow colour. Nice stable chalk white head. The flavour starts off with a papery and dusty malt note. There is a medium bitterness, and then a distinct maltiness, not sweet, but lots of pale malts.
