Draft at the source. Has a brilliant orange look with a foamy crown that slowly fades. Aroma is typical Weizen, with a strong note of clove, and a more subtle note of apple. Taste is banana sweet, lightly citric, but overall also a bit too thin, with the occasional watery note. Not bad.

On tap at the brewpub. Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch leicht würzig, hefig, citrus. Geschmack sehr dünn, wässrig malzig, fruchtig, kaum hefig, naja!

Draught at the brauhaus
Cloudy pale blond color, compact head. The aroma is very spicy. Smooth mouthfeel, the flavor is lightly spicy and lightly soapy; the bitterness is low; there is a light ouch of banana in the end.
