Rerated based on checklist Smell - medium strong, rye bread, malt, caramel a bit, nice. Foam - large in mouth, thin, soft, malt, sweetness, bread notes. Large and loud in glass, brown white color, but disappears quite rapidly. Appearance - dark red, clear, carbonated. Taste - malt, some sweetness, bread, some acidic feel, after foam goes away smell is stronger, but it becomes more thin and watery. Generally good kvass bit too malty, like it. Now I think I need to do versus against Godu kvass..

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear dark red-brown, orange head. Aroma is burnt sugar and some sour notes. The taste is moderately sweet with notes of molasses, dark fruit and a more or less pleasant tartness, possibly some lactic.
