It’s the kind of ale you’d drink while dining on venison, quail or pheasant (quorn versions, obviously) and I’m going to sell it to fine restaurants in the hope of reversing the current trend for wine. Back in the 19th century most fine ale was even fuller, more powerful and aged for far longer than today and there was little need for much wine.
..Yesterday’s beer today because there is No Tomorrow..

Bottled@RBESG Grand Tasting 2008
Clear amber color, small off-white head. Light fruity-hoppy aroma. A bit yeasty, liquerish. Very citrusy-fruity hoppy flavor. Nicely balanced, but a too much yeast in the flavor for me.

Bottle (RBESG Pilsen): Hazy, orangey coloured; quite distinctive hoppy nose with a light fruitiness; moderate bitter flavour, medium bodied; short dry bitter finish. O.K., but not too impressive.......
