275ml bottle from Ales by Mail. Hazy yellow colour, thin white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, melon, hay, light funk. Taste is mellow sweetish apple, dry, fruity apple, melon-like & citric notes, with alittle apple skin, wood, tangy. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, very dry tangy finish. Quite OK.

Bottled (AbM). Pale golden colour, no head. Aroma is sweet apples, some mild acidic wooden notes along with mild yeast and some earthiness too. Flavour is sweet and green apples in a nice mix, with some slight acidic and "sharp" notes to it along with mild herbs and some yeast. Nicely bodied, where the alcohol sweetness actually balances the acidic and tart notes up quite nicely.

Bottle 27,5 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours an almost clear pale yellow with a small rough white head. Extreme acetone aroma that almost makes me cough. A little watery in texture, apple notes indeed, not overly sour but quite some acetic acid there. 021009
