(Bottle. Thanks to SaintMatty) Cloudy amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of dried fruit, raisins, caramel, treacle toffee and a touch of smoke. Malty, fruity taste with dried fruit, caramel, treacle, raisins, hints of smoke and a slightly bittersweet finish with a touch of alcohol. More than medium body, smooth and rounded mouthfeel. Lingering malt sweetness throughout. A slight oxidisation doesnโ€™t really disturb, just adds to the complexity. Lovely balance. Very nice beer.

Bottled (thanks SaintMatty!). Amber colour, some wood, alcohol and mild brandy/rum-like notes sweetness as well. Flavour is quite much the same along with some raisins and honeyish notes. Nicely balanced.
