Cask@GBBF2009 (As Brodies Gold, 3.5). Golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is wooden, soapy, parfumeish as well as a lot of lemony notes. Flavour is grassy, floral, fruity and quite grainy with a lemony finish.

Half pint, cask, served at room temperature and enjoyed in a perfect and classic British pub atmosphere. The name of the pub is The Old Coffee House, an outlet in central London for the Brodies beers. Slightly hazy, golden body. Fragile lacework on the glass. Nice citric aroma. Rather sharp taste of seville oranges with a lingering mild bitter aftertaste. Well balance and bodied for the low abv (Soho, London 02.08.2009).
