Cask at Moon under Water, Wolverhampton Pours a golden yellow with a generous white head and good lacing. Nose has some floral hops, but not much else. In the mouth the main taste iscitrus (lemon and orange) but also some rich tea biscuits and malts. The finish is lemony, but this fades into simple bitterness. A nice beer but not outstanding.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - a lovely bright orange colour. Fluffy white head. Nose - dry wood, nuts and leather. Something vinous too. Taste - me wood and vinous notes. Red fruit possibly but again extremely dry. Palate - close to medium bodied and dry through middle and finish. Overall - it's really challenging. Pretty gnarly but some reward from taking the challenge.
