(Cask at Southampton Arms, Kentish Town, London, 8 Aug 2010) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with citrus, ginger and grass. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of citrus, grass and generous doses of ginger. Slightly soapy finish. Rather light body, dry and fairly bitter. Tasty and quite nice with a spicy ginger bite.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 09, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, ginger spicy and fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask@GBBF2009. Pale yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is ginger, some malts and mild hops. flavour is ginger, hops, earth and some mild grassy notes.

Cask@GBBF 2009. Yellow color, small white head, some lace. Cut grass and some ginger in the nose. Lemon-grass and ginger in the flavor. Weak palate. A bit sweet.
