Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and minor lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some Brett notes, some Borela spice notes and light tart notes. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some brett notes, some Borela spice notes with light tart notes with some oak presence also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable wild ale with a nice level of complexity and the nice Boreal flavors.
