Golden bitter. Triple-hopped with citrus flavour which balances well with a biscuity maltness. Named after the beach at Southport back when it was a beach and not an up-and-coming marshland.

Gravicask, half pint, shared with Finn. Clear golden body, patchy surface, fair lacing. Oily hops and grain malts on the nose, promising. Fine blended malt-fruity flavours of rip fruits, oily hops, and grainy malts. Nice bittersweet close. Likeable.

(First session, 44th Liverpool Beer Festival, Metropolitan Cathedral Crypt, 13.02.2025).
