Relatively cautious, BA supported, caramel malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of dried fruit, raisin, plum, some sherry. Taste is caramel malty and yeasty fruity, slightly alcoholic and minimally woody, hints of dried fruit, raisin, plum, some sherry.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Rather alcoholic, not overly complex - so-so.
