Our Old Faithful Ale is a pale golden ale with a crisp body and light malt sweetness. We cold-conditioned this ale to give it a pleasantly smooth character and dry palate. The Willamette and imported UK Goldings hops give this beer a light floral hop aroma making it exceptionally easy to drink.

Optisch klares Gold, feiner Schaum. In der Nase hopfig, fast wie ein Pale. Im Trunk Getreide, dezent Frucht, hopfig, leicht harzig, spät bitter, okay.

12oz can from the Grapevine. Pale golden pour with a fluffy white head. Grainy, biscuity aroma. Taste is simple, malts, beef, crackers. Slightly mouth coating. This is a very easy drinking, tasty golden ale.

Got this from my super, he's a really cool dude. Can right from the good old yellowstone park. Slightly below room temp can. Pour is big foamy brew. I think I jiggled it a little on the way in. Slight haze on pale. Taste is quite ale like, of course, you know, all those negative attitudes about ale in general. Not too bad considering the temperature. Probably a little more like a wheat ale, if you ask me. Yes, not as behaved as Indigo Imp Blonde Bombshell, Rusty Rail Blue Collar, North Country Bucco Blonde or even Paladin Sir Kenneth. Compare it to a wheat ale like Terrapin SunRay, Tap Room No. 21 Moe's Backroom Wheat Beer, New Belgium Snapshot, Blue Moon Rising Moon Spring Ale or Beaver Chamomile Wheat and it still needs manners.

Thanks Rachel for the bottle.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking hazy golden yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute leaving some trickling lacing sticking around the glass.
The smell had a sweet malty corn base with a light bready / biscuity / caramel maltiness rolling underneath my nose.
The taste was mainly sweet and bready malty.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. There’s a fairly nice crisp carbonation to this one.
Overall, I say I would have this blonde ale again.

Served in a pint glass at the Handle Bar at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Malty nose. Flavors of biscuit and white bread. Slight bitter finish. Somewhat unpleasant aftertaste.
