Can (10/16/25) from Westmere Beverage, Albany. Opaque dark brown, light sparkle, thin head with poor retention, light viscosity and lacing. Aroma is strong, roasted earthy malt, lightly charred, bitter coffee and mild milk chocolate. Taste is strong coffee, dark and baker's chocolate. Smooth, frothy texture, full bodied, mild alcohol warmth, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Bitter, somewhat charred roasted malt and coffee (more in aroma than taste) but nice sweet chocolate-y offset. Nice coffee Stout.

A solid light tan head on a near black body. Nose features fresh coffee, cocoa and cream. A really we balanced IS, leading with fresh coffee, coffee grounds and cocoa. This might be the most powerful presentation of coffee tastes in an IS that I have ever had. With this taste I almost expect to be spitting out coffee grounds as I drink. Solid touches of caramel and roasted malt, and hints of cherry add to the profile. Medium, to medium/thin body with a less rich mouth feel than expected. Taste thins out a bit too quick as well, but still a nice effort.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Strong grindy coffee aroma with mocha, coffee grounds, roast, chocolate, beany coffee. Flavour is moderate sweet with a decent roasty bitterness. Medium body. Pretty straightforward, but as a fan of coffee stouts this certainly delivers.

On tap at Central Waters - Milwaukee, pours a red-tinged deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of dry, earthy coffee and toasted bready malt. Flavour is dry, with earthy coffee, light sugars, and toasted malt. Light-bodied, not that deep a coffee character. Decent.

Black with a large foamy tan head that lingered and left good lacing. Sweet with coffee , malt, wood, vanilla and nut. Long finish. Full bodied.

Can thanks to Drake! Pours hazy dark brown with a soft tan head. Lovely coffee and chocolate, along with hints of roasted nut, molasses, caramel in the aroma. Oh flavor is wonderful: bittersweet chocolate, light cocoa, caramel, coffee, cream, roasted malt. Good, strong flavor.

Thanks Virby44 for the bottle! Taster showing amber brown with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of dark malts. The palate is moderately carbonated and light bodied. Moderately coffee with light roasted malts. Light coffee bitterness on the finish.

Canned on 01/09/20. Black, little bit thin, cream-coloured head. Smells like cold espresso. Taste is coffee stout indeed, a good amount of coffee, with a hint of creamy sweetness to it, but also lots of roast and some bitterness. Well made, bit watery.
