The biggest farm animal to come out of the SweetWater Barn! We bucked up and threw everything, including the kitchen sink, into this "Jackass" concoction. At 10% ABV and over 90 IBU - You’ll know it when it hits you in the back of the head!

Hazy amber body. Lightly brown head. Very well balanced aroma of hops, wines, grapes with some nice complexity on top. Heavily bitter, moderately sweet aroma of caramalts and american hops. Like it!

Hefiger und alkoholischer Antrunk, der sonst eher leer wirkt. Auffallend mild, kaum würzig, einfallslos. Zum Ende hopfiger. Komisches Bier, das mich nicht überzeiugen kann. /9/9/7/11/8

Bottle at LCRBM5. Hoppy aroma, sweet in mouth. Too sweet really. Good grapefruit hop. Nice DIPA/barley wine cross over, but a bit uncultured.

Small yellow rim over faintly hazy foxy-orange beer. Hoppy, grapes, sultanas, cakebottom, very American. Sweet-hoppy (yes...) with relatively little bitterness, lots of fruity esters as citrus and banana, without getting a Weizencharacter. Very well-bodied, slick to the point of oily-viscous. Excellent, if a tad to the sweet side IMO.

22 ounce bottle courtesy of CrellMoset. Thanks! Dank Tank BP Barleywine Label. Pours a clear orange amber color with a thin head. Good head retention and lacing. Big citrus, resiny and herbal notes with lots of toffeeish caramel as well as peaches, pineapple and citrus. Taste is big citrusy and resiny hops with toffee and caramel notes. Something lightly cheesy in the finish. Full bodied. Very much like a good double IPA. Very enjoyable.
