Keg at Mother Kelly�s VHX, 23/08/17. Clear golden copper with a well presented off white head. Nose is caramel malts, biscuit, toasted grains, bitter orange, hint of grapefruit. Taste comprises orange pith, light spice, overly sweet for my liking, mandarin, caramel, soft brioche, apricot jam. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lashing of balanced hop bitterness. Ok but not my kind of DIPA ... leans towards Old Skool and sweet.

Bouteille 33cln batch#B005, BB 09/02/2018. Ambre voire orange, col épais crémeux beige. Arôme est malté rétro offre un léger effet sucre de canne, agrumes et pelure d’orange, effet houblonné marqué rappelant un peu les bières de DogFish Head. Touche de levure et fruits rouges. Palais est malté caramel pâle, note de levure avec un effet alcool bien marqué, touche épicée et pin avec un léger sucre résiduel sur la fin. Éléments grillés percent en retrait avec un léger effet résineux, agrumes et pamplemousse ainsi que qcq grains.

Bottle, 9.2%. Clear amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, caramel, grapefruit, toasted and earthy. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, hops, pine, sweet, grapefruit, little peach ans quite bitter.

Flarra djursvik. Doftar fint äpple. . Smak besk sen ljust trä. Trisst men ok Dipa. Detta på stor Dipa provning. Ingen vidare Dipa men ok som öl 3,7. Nu supervarma 2 aug 2018 återtestad. Rikigt fin fruktig och i ipa glas dessutom lågt kolsyrad. Visst något söt och har en svag torr underlig ton. Men nu rikigt god ju. Så höjer betyget till

[ As Uiltje Dr. Raptor ].Unclear - hazy matt medium orange colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange, dried fruit, sweet hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, dried fruit, sweet hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170406] 7-3-8-3-15

wat oranje/rood met beperkte lichte kraag. aroma van den, grapefruit, citrus, zoet smaken zijn redelijk tot zeer stevig bitter, redelijk zoet, grapefruit, citrus, tropisch fruit, den, fruitigheid is niet al té, wat caramel, redelijke body, ben nog steeds geen fan van deze al té bittere stijl.
