Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2016, Day 1. Very pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma and especially the flavor are quite sharply sour, unripe fruit but also there’s definitely a hint of mango in there with some citruspeel. Quite nice actually, but a full bottle might be a little too much.

Clear pale yellow beer, creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: funky, clearly Berliner Weisse smell, bit fruity. MF: soft carbon, light body. Taste: sour start, lemony, bit salty, passion fruit, very acidic. Aftertaste: sour, lemon juice, fruity, bit lactic, nice acidic finish.

Tap. Hazy yellow, nearly transparent color with white head. Aroma is passion fruit and mango, quite tart, some lacto. Taste is lacto, passion fruit, quite tart, cheesy funk as well. Sour finish, low carbonation. Not bad!

Tap at Borefts. Clear very pale yellow with fizzy white head. Sour grains, some milky dough, passion fruit, mango, quite some minerals. Over medium sour. Medium bodied with sparkly cardbonation.

Intensiv säuerlicher Antrunk mit starken Fruchtnoten. Herb, die Säure bleibt intensiv, dennoch auch durch die Frucht sehr süffig. Spritzig, vollmundig. 10/13/12/13//13
