We know what a few of you are thinking (yes, we can sense it through the screen), and in the spirit of complete honesty we have to admit there were a few skeptics among our own team when this beer was being worked on! However, we’re both impressed and delighted at the results! The rhubarb imparts gentle flavour and subtle hue to this wildly approachable ale.
