Bag in box @ rbabarrab. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, malt, fruits, apples and has a nice sour finish.

Bag in a box. Slightly hazy golden with no head. Aroma is malt, caramel, funk, lemon and apple. Flavour is malt, apples, citric, medium sweet, little sour, lemon and a little bitter.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, barnyard, leather, tart, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, barnyard, horse blankt, leather, funk, apple - lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20190509]

10 March 2019. At In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst. Shared with the lovely Anke! 1 year old. Clear orange-golden, no head. Aroma of unripe apricot, green apple, orange, hay, straw, vinegar, cheese, wood. Taste is light fruity sweet, some apple & apricot, quickly turning medium funky sour, notes of hay & straw, restrained vinegar, a bit flowery, not outspokenly lemony or even 'bretty', bitter tones of leather & wood too. Dryish, bit tart, bit bitter, woody & grassy finish, faint (dry) hops, lingering unripe fruit & lactic acid. Light to medium body, slick texture, flat carbonation. Feels quite young indeed, but a nice basis is definitely there.

Bag in box @ Draft @ 1420, Copenhagen. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity fruity dry funky aroma. Fruity sour funky flavor. Has a fruity funky sour finish.

Bag in box! Frothy head. Oranger colour. Light maltty and powerfull nice acetic aroma. Moderate bitter nice dry woody moderate sour flavor. Long great complex fininsh. Creamy palate.

Sampling tray at de Grote Dorst, from a bladder box?, 09/12/18. Murky orange with a moderate off white head. Nose is funky, light dung, wood must, lemon pissoi, hay bale. Taste comprises damp alleyway, vinous trace, quite laid back and mellow, wood must, green berry, apple skins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok mellow number.

Pour at dorst. A clouded orange coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is oaky,, funky horse, earthy citrus. Musty. Flavour is composed of oaky tannin, vanilla, earthy lemon, grassy. Palate is tanin, grainy, lowish carbonation. Tastes young and raw.
