Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Cloudy golden color. Estery and vegetable aroma, light citrus peel. Good body strength, moderate yeast character, botanical elements, and the classic Sorachi Ace lemon curd character, although not too strong, doesn’t work very well in this loaded beer.
Not bad, but rough and rather clumsy.
